Bearing used in Textile Equipment

Current bearings used by customer , slow down or even stop working during the production process

Working environment of bearing

There is a tangential belt driving the spindle  

1 br is on top of Spindle

1 br is on bottom of Spindle

When spindle rotates bore of bearing rotates 

Outer diameter is held by rubber bush 

Through communication with customers and our professional experience, we were immediately aware of the problems of the bearings currently used by the customer. We adjusted the radius of the bearing groove, replaced the grease oil, immediately sent samples to the customer for trial, and finally solved the urgent need and took the long-term orders of the customer.
